Termination of orders:
You rights to cancel an order will depend on whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to cancel your order:
If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to cancel (or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).
How long do I have to change my mind? How long you have depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered.
You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.
Goodwill exchange policy:
In addition, if you return the items bought from the online shop to us within 14 days of purchase in an unused and saleable condition, we will exchange such goods provided you notify us.
Please, ensure that you have a valid order number. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of a refund or exchange.
If the item is faulty or damaged, then you will have 14 days in which to return the product and receive a refund.
We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products/items are well protected and packed for posting. We suggest you get a certificate/receipt of postage and allow up to 10 working days for your item to be processed.

if you are terminating the order due to a delay in delivery by events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products/items ordered by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in any shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to compensate us.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days either from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
Please, note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
